When you submit the booking form, we collect:

• Name and phone number (required, so we can contact you)
• City / area and full address (to schedule the home visit)
• RO brand, number of filters, and any issue you describe (optional)
• GPS location — only if you tap "Use My Location". This is used solely to fill in your address and is never collected without your action.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you and confirm your free inspection or service visit
• To assign a technician and reach your address
• To bring the correct spare parts for your RO system
• To respond to your questions and provide service reports

3. How your information is handled

Your form submission is saved in our secure database (Firebase Firestore) and/or sent directly to WhatsApp. A copy may also be stored temporarily in your own browser (local storage) for your convenience. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted services to run the website:

• Google Firebase — secure database and website hosting
• Google Analytics & Google Ads — to understand site usage and measure ads (uses cookies)
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — to convert GPS coordinates into a readable address
• WhatsApp (Meta) — to communicate with you

These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.

5. Cookies

We use cookies through Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and improve our service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We keep your booking details only for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain our records. You may request deletion at any time.
