At Drople ("we", "us", "our"), your privacy matters. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website or book a service, how we use it, and your choices. By using drople.in or submitting our booking form, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the booking form, we collect:

• Name and phone number (required, so we can contact you)
• City / area and full address (to schedule the home visit)
• RO brand, number of filters, and any issue you describe (optional)
• GPS location — only if you tap "Use My Location". This is used solely to fill in your address and is never collected without your action.

If you reach this site from one of our Google ads, we also keep, for 30 days, your internet address (IP), browser type and phone model, a random number your browser makes up for itself, and how the Call / WhatsApp buttons were pressed (how many times and how fast). This is used only to detect click fraud and automated clicking on our ads. It contains no name, phone number or location, and it is deleted automatically.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you and confirm your free inspection or service visit
• To assign a technician and reach your address
• To bring the correct spare parts for your RO system
• To respond to your questions and provide service reports

3. How your information is handled

Your form submission is saved in our secure database (Firebase Firestore) and/or sent directly to WhatsApp. A copy may also be stored temporarily in your own browser (local storage) for your convenience. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted services to run the website:

• Google Firebase — secure database and website hosting
• Google Analytics & Google Ads — to understand site usage and measure ads (uses cookies). To measure which of our ads actually bring customers, we may share your phone number with Google in a protected, one-way encrypted (hashed) form; Google uses it only to match it to its own signed-in account data under its customer-data policies, and does not receive the number itself.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — to convert GPS coordinates into a readable address
• WhatsApp (Meta) — to communicate with you

These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.

5. Cookies

We use cookies through Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and improve our service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Just contact us using the details below.

7. Data retention

We keep your booking details only for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain our records. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Children

Our service is intended for adults booking household RO maintenance and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
